Truck Warranty Clerk

As Warranty Clerk, the successful candidate will ensure all truck warranty processes are completed in line with manufacturer guidelines. The aim would be to continuously improve warranty processes so as to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be task driven with excellent organisational skills and would have the ability to provide key information to all business stakeholders.
Responsibilities would include:
• Complete all Manufacturer’s Warranty & Policy Claims
• Assist in the coordination of Manufacturer Recall campaigns
• Monthly claim reconciliation
• Provide warranty support to the Truck Service Manager
• Work in close cooperation with relevant departments and Franchise Partners

Truck Spare Parts Interpreter - TRP Store Warrnambool
A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Truck Spare Parts Interpreter to fill a full time position based at our Warrnambool TRP Store.
Your responsibility would be to support franchise partners Kenworth, DAF and Hino trucks and includes the promotion of many other industry related products by providing after sales parts supply and Customer service
Key Responsibilities
• Providing service to external and internal customers
• Ensuring prompt and accurate supply of parts to meet customers’ needs
Skills & Experience
• Experience as a Parts Interpreter preferred
• General mechanical understanding or a qualified Vehicle Technician would be highly regarded
• A high level of computer literacy
• Excellent and effective interpersonal skills
Car Detailing Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our Car Detailing Team in this permanent fulltime position. The role of Car Detailing Supervisor is to manage and co-ordinate workflow and vehicles to meet display & customer demands in addition to performing quality work in a professional and efficient manner, with the goal of exceeding our customer’s expectations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous supervisory and co-ordination roles (essential)
- Excellent presentation standards
- Able to prioritise & work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- A Positive “can do” attitude
- An ability to use own initiative
- The ability to be flexible
- Previous experience in the Automotive Service industry would be an advantage.
