About the role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Car or Truck Parts Interpreter to fill a full-time position based at our Mt Gambier Dealership. You will be required to use your mechanical and parts knowledge to assist customers with their enquiries. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure customers receive up to date information on all products/services over the telephone and through counter sales. We are a values-based organisation seeking candidates that display a can-do attitude, those who consider safety a priority and those who are respectful and supportive of one another.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide excellent service to our existing and new customers
• Handle all parts sales and enquiries.
• Process all orders efficiently and accurately
• Prepare detailed quotations for parts supply
• Promote and upsell products
Skills & Experience
• Strong Customer Service and administrative skills
• Car or Truck Parts Interpreting experience would be an advantage
• A good mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
• Friendly and positive can-do attitude
• Current drivers licence
